Engrave almost any laser‑safe material (metal, wood, plastics, leather, stone, glass, etc.
High‑volume capability: batch engrave up to up to 600+ * tumblers per day for events, corporate gifting & branding.
2D & 3D K9 crystal subsurface engraving learn more– local premium crystal work uncommon in Calgary.
Clean, permanent, high‑contrast engraving on metal and coated items.
Same‑day options for smaller projects (depending on request & scheduling).
Excellent communication with over 200 independent 5‑star reviews backing our service quality.
Locally owned & operated with professional equipment, not consumer‑grade lasers.
*Our Industrial Machines are capable of engraving 600+ tumblers per day, with production volume dependent on engraving size and single‑ or double‑sided engraving. Capacity details will be confirmed at the time of quoting.
We can engrave almost anything on nearly any type of surface, as long as the material is laser-safe. If you’re unsure about a material, we can review it and confirm compatibility.
We work with metals, woods, plastics, acrylic, glass, crystal, leather, stone, tumblers, and many specialty materials—ideal for gifts, branding, industrial tags, signage, décor, awards, and production runs. Our engraving is clean, crisp, permanent, and high-contrast.
Metal engraving produces clean, permanent, high-contrast results suitable for identification, branding, and personalization.
Wood engraves with natural contrast and exceptional clarity.
Plastics produce smooth, sharp engraving results.
We engrave almost any type of glass. We also offer detailed 2D and 3D subsurface engraving inside crystal—ideal for gifts, memorials, décor, and corporate awards.
Leather engraves with a rich, branded finish.
Stone engraving produces a light, textured contrast suitable for décor, awards, memorials, and signage.
**Sometimes testing is required.
Engraving removes coating to reveal clean, permanent artwork. We can batch‑engrave up to 180 tumblers per day, ideal for corporate branding and events.
When in doubt, ask us — we can confirm material compatibility.

At ManCave Machining, we invest in multiple industrial laser engraving technologies to ensure every material is processed using the most accurate and effective method. Different materials respond differently to laser wavelengths and pulse control, which is why we operate a full range of Fiber (MOPA), UV, CO₂, and Green laser systems in‑house. This allows us to deliver consistent, high‑precision laser engraving results across metals, plastics, glass, wood, and specialty materials.
Our Fiber laser engraving systems with MOPA technology are ideal for engraving and marking metals and certain industrial plastics. MOPA (Master Oscillator Power Amplifier) fiber lasers provide advanced pulse width control, allowing us to fine‑tune heat input, contrast, and depth. This makes them especially effective for stainless steel, aluminum, anodized metals, brass, coated metals, and high‑performance plastics. MOPA fiber lasers also enable color marking on stainless steel and precise, high‑resolution engraving without excessive heat buildup, making them suitable for serial numbers, logos, branding, and functional markings that must remain consistent and repeatable.
Our UV laser engraving technology operates at an extremely short wavelength, often referred to as “cold marking.” This minimizes thermal impact on the material, making UV lasers ideal for delicate or heat‑sensitive surfaces. UV laser engraving is commonly used on plastics, glass, medical components, electronics, coated materials, and fine detail applications where clarity and minimal material deformation are critical. The precision of UV laser engraving allows for sharp micro‑text, intricate graphics, and exceptionally clean results that are not achievable with higher‑heat laser systems.
We use CO₂ laser systems for engraving and cutting non‑metal materials. CO₂ laser engraving is highly effective for wood, acrylic, leather, rubber, foam, paper, cardboard, glass, and coated organic materials. This technology delivers clean edges, smooth engraving, and excellent detail, making it suitable for signage, product branding, decorative components, packaging, and custom fabrication work. CO₂ lasers are especially versatile for larger graphics and deeper engraving on organic materials while maintaining consistent quality.
Our Green laser engraving systems bridge the gap between fiber and UV technologies. Operating at a shorter wavelength than traditional fiber lasers, green lasers excel at marking highly reflective or challenging materials such as copper, brass, gold, silver, and sensitive plastics. Green laser engraving provides superior absorption on reflective surfaces, resulting in crisp markings with reduced heat stress. This makes it an excellent choice for high‑precision engraving where clarity, surface integrity, and fine detail are essential.
